What is Topo's return policy?

We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days through the Returns Center on our website. Then we'll send you a prepaid return label and issue a refund for the product once its been received and inspected by our returns team. 

Are there any exceptions to Topo's return policy?

-  Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or contain pet hair cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.

-  Orders exceeding the 30 day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange.

-  International returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it.

Is it easy to return items? 

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step by step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund? 

Once your items are inspected by our returns team (which can take up to 14 days), you'll be notified about your refund typically within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
